TRIATHLON TRAINING PROGRAMS
Ben and Jeff give multi-sport athletes the competitive edge with customized training, coaching, testing, and nutrition consultations. With an emphasis on muscle power and techniques necessary for a specific interest, training schedules are developed and posted online. Athletes have access to workout routines 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Personal Coaching at a Glance: - Custom-designed training schedule from USA Triathlon Level II Elite Coach - Unlimited member-initiated coaching communication - Up to 2 coach-facilitated workouts each week - Daily analysis of schedule and power and/or heart rate files - Optimal for frequent competitors and people with lofty performance and competition goals
How does the program work? Your coach builds your training program from scratch, using the information from your Questionnaire, Test, and ongoing personal interaction. Your coach reviews your program, and any power or heart rate files you provide each day and adjusts your program accordingly. Frequent communication is encouraged.
Coaching Interaction: Team Rising Sun coaches work with a limited number of members to ensure you receive a superior level of attention. Communication is both member and coach-initiated and includes telephone calls, e-mails, and an online training log. In addition to the three coach-initiated contacts each week, private coaching clients typically call their coach once a week, send daily power or heart rate files, and have unlimited e-mail access.
