Arthritis Aquatics
The Arthritis Aquatics program is available to members at the Harahan location. Choose to attend any of our classes from our class schedule. You do not need a doctor's prescription, and you don't even have to know how to swim.

Water Aerobics
Elmwood's Water Exercise classes feature many of the elements offered in our land-based classes, but in one of our 4-foot deep indoor and outdoor pools. Classes are offered for beginning and advanced exercisers of all ages. We have stretching, strengthening and cardio elements in our classes, and also utilize the latest in aquatic exercise equipment. Water exercise classes are included in your membership. There is no need to register in advance for a class.
