Elmwood Fitness Center is more than just a health club.
Elmwood is a family-friendly fitness club for members of all ages and abilities. Our 160,000 sq. ft. Harahan main location offers some of the finest programs, facilities, and equipment in the country.
We offer a wide range of specialty programs from kids to seniors including youth fitness programs, performance programs for athletes, senior programs, weight management and special populations programs.
Elmwood is staffed by the most educated and experienced professionals in the field. You won't find another club that offers more expert and friendly service than Elmwood. Everyone on the Elmwood staff is CPR certified.
We offer month-to-month memberships with no long-term contracts. Members also have the ability to put memberships on "hold" for medical and personal reasons. We have four convenient locations throughout the New Orleans area - our main club in Harahan, and Downtown, Kenner and Heritage Plaza full-service clubs.
